I want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase! I’m proud of my work and want you to feel the same way. If something isn’t right or your print arrives damaged, please let me know within 30 days of receiving it. I’ll send out a replacement immediately!
Shipping Speed
Instant gratification is the expectation these days, and I get it. Stoney Bend Prints is a small company (it’s just me!), and I’ll make every effort to get your purchase to you quickly and with care. It usually takes a day to put your print together. Each print is signed and assembled by hand, so it takes time to get it right. I do my best to ship it quickly, but it usually takes a few days depending on where you live. Buying a one-of-a-kind print is the opposite of instant gratification, so I appreciate your patience. It will be worth the wait!
Customer Inspired Prints
I love hearing from customers and learning the stories behind the places in their lives. I encourage you to reach out and make a custom sketch request. Here are a couple of things to remember:

I may not select your custom request. It doesn’t mean it isn’t amazing; there may be reasons why I can’t make it happen. Either way, I’ll let you know.

If your custom request is selected, it will be featured on the site and offered for sale in the gallery. I’ll also share your story behind the place. I may edit the story a bit, but the essence will remain.

If your request is selected, and you love how it turned out, you can purchase it through the site. You’re framed print will be personally signed and #1 of 50 available. There are no royalties if I sell a customer-inspired print. It’s just part of the deal, and I hope you’re okay with that. The goal is to share your print and bring that joy to others.
