I want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. I’m proud of my work and want you to feel the same way. If something isn’t right or your print arrives damaged, please let me know within 30 days of receiving it. I’ll send out a replacement immediately.
Shipping Speed
Instant gratification is the expectation these days, and I get it. Stoney Bend Prints is a small company (it’s just me!), and I’ll make every effort to get your purchase to you quickly and with care. It usually takes a day to put your print together. Each print is signed and assembled by hand, so it takes time to get it right. I do my best to ship it quickly, but it usually takes a few days depending on where you live. Buying a one-of-a-kind print is the opposite of instant gratification, so I appreciate your patience. It will be worth the wait!
Custom Commissions
I love hearing from customers and learning the stories behind the places in their lives. I encourage you to reach out and make a custom request. Here are a few tips to remember:

The process is easy - submit a photo and brief story about the place you'd like sketched.

I'll review your submission and let you know if it's a good fit and approximately how long it will take to complete the sketch.

If it all sounds good, you simply select one of two Custom Bundles, and I'll get started on your sketch.

It's that simple. After you receive your custom sketch, I may share it on the site and offer the print for sale in the Gallery. There are no royalties if I sell a customer-inspired prints. It’s just part of the deal, and I hope you’re okay with that. The goal is to share your print and bring that joy to others. Click the link below and let's get started!
